Father, thank You for the gift of another day. Before the noise and responsibilities begin, I turn my attention to You. Guide my words, choices and attitude. Give me wisdom for decisions, patience with people, and strength for work that feels difficult.
Begin with Gratitude
A morning prayer can be simple: thank God for life, name the people and responsibilities on your heart, and ask for wisdom for the day. Lamentations 3:22–23 speaks of God’s mercies being new every morning.
For the Day Ahead
Lord, lead me today. Help me notice opportunities to show kindness, resist fear and discouragement, and finish this day knowing I tried to walk faithfully. Amen.
